A $100 deposit is required with credit card (no checks) to guarantee your room. We accept all major credit cards.
By submitting your credit card information, you agree to pay the required deposit. You agree to that your signature is not required in order for Sandman Resort motel process your reservation.
Deposit applies to last day of stay and non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
Balance due at check-in. No refunds for early departure.
A $15 cancellation fee is applied if cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date.
One automobile per room only. If space available, it is an additional $10 per auto per day charge.

Required age to reserve a room is 23 years of age with valid credit card and identification.
Children 9 or under accompanied by parent or guardian are free.
An additional $10 per person per day fee is applied if more than 2 persons and 2 children 9 years of age and under occupy the room.
Rollaway bed $5.00 per day; Crib $3.00 per day.
Students must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
During "Winter Season" daily rate applies, unless stay is 14 days or more than a weekly rate will be offered.
A three day minimum is required to reserve a room in order for us to guarantee rate and room type. For stays less than 3 days please call us 48 hours to 24 hours prior to arrival and we will be happy to assist you.
All holidays and long weekends revert to
winter rates and a 3 day minimum requirement
